Jill Grantz is a veteran SC-licensed real estate professional in Columbia, SC. She specializes in the residential market in both resale and new homes. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she was in property management with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Columbia. She was also a media coordinator for a local advertising firm.

 

Although Jill specializes in the in-town market, she is knowledgeable and has listed and sold properties all over the greater Columbia area, including Irmo, Lexington, Cayce, West Columbia, Lake Murray, Northeast, and the Southeast. She was the exclusive marketing agent for The Spur, a condominium development next to Williams Brice Stadium.

 

Jill is married to former all-American University of South Carolina quarterback, Jeff Grantz. She is a resident of Arcadia Lakes and a member of Shandon Presbyterian Church.
